You may qualify for the ERC even if you took a PPP loan!
The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a refundable tax credit for businesses that kept their employees on payroll and/or incurred health plan expenses during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Eligible businesses can claim the ERC even if they took a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan.  It can be a very meaningful refund - for example, a 50-person business calculated a $250,000 refund, and a 110-person business calculated a $750,000 refund.
