Double Batch Bakery is a family-owned, chef-driven bakery in Bayonne, NJ, owned by Rachel and Angel Hidalgo. We specialize in seasonal pastries, croissants, decorated cookies, cakes, pies, jar desserts, soups, and small-batch sweets made from scratch.
